Utilization of Lime and Rice Husk Ash for Peat Soil Stabilization in Different Water Content Condition

Abstract Peat soil is a soft with more than 75% organic content, very high void ratio, and water content. In recent times, the lack of land use has made peat as an option for agriculture, drainage channels, also construction. Utilization usually causes content to decrease. Based on condition its can be classified into several conditions, which constant affected by ambient dried soil. Some improvement efforts include method means stabilization. The stabilization material used was mixture lime (CaCO 3 ) rice husk ash combination 70% 30% lime. those studies, not recommended if decreased 50%. Therefore, needs maintained in order effective sake environmental preservation.
